By downloading or using Archnemesis (“the app”), published by Intelliconic LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained it.
Purchases
The app may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional content. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled according to the policies of those stores.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or entitlement checks in the app, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intelliconic LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
