Privacy Policy
The short version
Archnemesis is a puzzle game made by Intelliconic LLC. It plays entirely on your device, needs no account, and shows no ads. We collect a small amount of anonymous data about how people play so we can make the game better, and you can switch that off whenever you like.
What we collect
We use Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to understand how the game is doing: which levels people reach, how long levels take, where players get stuck, and how the app performs. This data is tied to a random, app-specific identifier, not to your name, email, or anything that identifies you personally. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
You can turn analytics off at any time in the app's settings. With it off, the app sends us nothing about how you play.
What we don't do
- No ads, and no advertising identifiers or ad tracking.
- No accounts, sign-ups, or logins.
- No selling or sharing of your data with advertisers.
Purchases
If you unlock extra content with an in-app purchase, the payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and the unlock is managed by our purchases provider, RevenueCat, so we can restore it across your devices. We never see your card details.
Optional content downloads
Some extra content may be available to download. When you choose to download it, your device makes an ordinary web request to fetch the files. If you never download anything, no such request is made.
Third-party services
Age and children
Archnemesis is intended for players aged 13 and over and is rated accordingly. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will remove it.
Your choices
You can disable analytics in the app's settings, and you can contact us to ask what data we hold and to have it deleted.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives at this address. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
