This is the Privacy Policy of the Freebot AI Chat app (hereinafter collectively referred to as "us", "we", or "our") and the associated services (collectively referred to in this policy as the "Service.") The Service strives to collect as little information as necessary, and does not store any user data anywhere but on your device. All conversations, contacts, and contact custom images are stored on the device only. Information gathered is solely for the purpose of improving the stability and usability of the Service for future releases. This data includes crash logs, anonymized usage information, and logging for the purpose of debugging. As part of these error reports, we receive information about the model and version of your device, the device identifier, the time the error occurred, the feature being used and the state of the application when the error occurred. We do not use this information for any purpose other than investigating and fixing errors.

The Service does not require any account creation or login. Some of the third-party services generate anonymous accounts when the Service is launched, and these the account cookies are stored locally to facilitate secure use of the Service. These are purely anonymous unique identifiers, and are not personally identifiable.

The Service uses state of the art security measures to ensure all communication to and from the mobile device is confidential. This includes authentication of the application and mobile operating system, encrypted secure communication between the application and third party services, and no storage of user informationin in the cloud.

These Services are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age, or from any of our users. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personally identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen as part of the Service, that information will be deleted.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, and the updated policy can be accessed at any time through the Service or at this website. We will notify you of this privacy policy being updated by posting a new version on our website.
